Chad Dedmon

Chad and Julia Dedmon have traveled since 2007 both locally and internationally as a tag-team couple in ministry. They are based out of Bethel Church in Redding, CA.  They have a beautiful baby daughter, Brielle Grace.

Chad has worked most recently as a full-time pastor in the Global Legacy Department as the BSSM Alumni Director and in the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry at Bethel Church.  Chad is currently ministering itinerantly and pursuing short-term missions opportunities in the nations by working to create evangelistic crusades and events with friends and ministry partners.  Julia is a full-time wife and mother, works in the real estate business, and travels with Chad for ministry.  They are graduates of the Bethel School of Ministry and have enjoyed serving as youth/young adult pastors at the Vineyard Community Church in Laguna Niguel, CA.  Chad and Julia have enjoyed connecting and interfacing with Global Legacy churches and hosting conferences in partnership with Iris Global.

After being ordained at Bethel Church in 2008 by Drs. Heidi and Rolland Baker of Iris Global, along with Shawn Bolz, and the fathers and mothers of the Bethel Movement, they have been grateful to watch the ways God has connected them in 25+ nations with like-hearted kingdom minded leaders.

Chad and Julia are dedicated to service in underdeveloped nations and have co-founded a non-profit called Encountering Jesus Ministries.  This charity exists as a public benefit 501(c)(3) in partnership with Iris Global.

Chad enjoys being a husband and father, traveling, living life to the fullest, speaking and demonstrating the kingdom, releasing the healing power of God, and activating the church to step into its full potential.  In the end of 2011, Chad co-authored a book called “The Risk Factor”.  This book provides practical teaching and real life stories to help inspire new risks in your faith journey.  On a personal note, Chad is passionate about surfing and the surf industry, basketball, snowboarding, volleyball, biking, paddle-boarding, yoga and being outside experiencing God in nature and with his community.

Julia enjoys being a wife and mother, has earned her Bachelor of Arts in Music from Azusa Pacific University, and is a graduate of the Bethel School of Worship.  She likes to lead worship and sing prophetically with spontaneous songs and enjoys ministering with Chad.  On a personal note, she loves cooking and cultivating a balanced lifestyle through organic whole foods, soaking prayer and meditation, as well as in the areas of fitness and practicing yoga.

Chad and Julia love seeing individuals come into a place of highest personal potential.  They inspire by living out their faith and demonstrating the kingdom of God wherever they go.  They have a heart to see the Church operate in the fullness of abundance; seeing love, miracles, relational health, justice, and healing displayed in the corporate body of Christ.
